Week 7 on Keto

This week was a really good week, the scale dipped for most of the week but it of course crept back up at the end of the week 🀣🀣 I had a net weight loss of 0.5KG for a total loss of 8.3KG. YahπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ Below is another overview of what I did and ate this week. I will update the recipes that I don't have up yet. So, stay tuned Day 43 Weight(kg): 79.4 Breakfast:    Skipped  Lunch:           Cheese Omelet Supper:        10 Oz Steak Exercise:       37 minutes of exercise using the  Lift Session App                       1.5 hr. walk Comments:   0.1KG drop from yesterday. Yah! Day 44 Weight (kg) :   79.2 Breakfast:    Skipped Lunch:          Salad - 2 cups lettuce, 2 fried eggs, 3 strips of bacon, dressing of dijon mustard, 3 Tbs olive oil, salt and chilli Supper:         Oxtail Pepper Soup  Exercise:        30 minutes dance on Youtube - Befit                       2 hrs walk Comments:   Down another 0.2KG. Week 6 on Keto

The scale saw south of 80KG this week.. YAHHHHHH!!!!!!!! I am super excited. I dropped by a net 0.7KG this week for a total of 7.7KG lost. Even though I stayed at the same weight for a few days, the scale still deep overall. Below is another overview of what I did and ate this week. I will update the recipes that I don't have up yet. Week 5 on Keto

This week started with my weight up again. My weight showed up at the beginning of the week as being the same as where it started last week. It however came crashing down at the end of the week by 1.6KG bringing my total weight down by 7KG from where I initially started.  That is a 15lb loss... Yah!!πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ Below is another overview of what I did and ate this week. I will update the recipes that I don't have up yet. So, stay tuned Day 29 Weight(kg):  81.8 Breakfast:    Skipped  Lunch:          Omelete - 2 eggs, half a tomato, 1 string onion, 3 bacon strips Supper:         Keto Naan Bread  +  Cheese Burger   Exercise:       37 minutes of exercise using the  Lift Session App                       30 minutes in the garden Comments:  Up 0.2KG to where I started last week but that's OK. Week 4 on Keto

This week was really up and down. Sigh πŸ˜„πŸ˜„. It was quite exasperating. While last week was up, up and eventually down, this week was up, down, up, down etc. I put a graph of last week and this week below. The graph showing the ups and downs made me a laugh a bit. I had a net loss of 0.2 KG at the end of the week though for a total loss of 5.1 KG.  So, all in all I am progressing / regressing in the right directionπŸ‘πŸ‘. Week 3 on Keto

WHAT A WEEK!!!!!! The scale kept creeping up for most of the week in spite of "doing the right thing". It was SOOOOO discouraging for the most part. I had to keep encouraging myself not to give up. The weight finally came crashing down though  phew!!! I decided to draw a graph for a visual representation of the week πŸ˜„πŸ˜„ All in all, I lost 0.9KG  at the end of the week for a total of  4.9KG lost. Week 2 on Keto

This is an overview of what I did and ate on the second week of my Keto challenge. I lost total of 1KG at the end of this week despite staying on the same weight for a few days. This has brought me to a total of 4.4KG lost so far. Overall, I am happy with this week's outcome. Day 8 Weight(kg):  83.8 Breakfast:    Bulletproof tea - Peppermint Tea + 1/2 tbs butter + 1/2 tbs coconut oil. Blended after steeping Lunch:          0.5 cups of  Chilli  +  Almond Bread Supper:        3 fried eggs & 3 pieces of drumsticks  Exercise:      32 minutes of exercise using the  Lift Session App Comments:  Morning weigh in. Weight stayed the same. Peed on a  Urine Keto Strips  - moderate amount of ketones in my system. Bulletproof tea was surprisingly good πŸ‘ Blending is important Day 9 Weight (kg) :   83.8 Breakfast:     Bulletproof tea - Peppermint Tea + 1/2 tbs butter + 1/2 tbs coconut oil.
