Week 7 on Keto

This week was a really good week, the scale dipped for most of the week but it of course crept back up at the end of the week 🤣🤣 I had a net weight loss of 0.5KG for a total loss of 8.3KG. Yah👏👏👏👏

Below is another overview of what I did and ate this week. I will update the recipes that I don't have up yet. So, stay tuned

Day 43
Weight(kg): 79.4
Breakfast:   Skipped 
Lunch:         Cheese Omelet
Supper:        10 Oz Steak
Exercise:      37 minutes of exercise using the Lift Session App
                      1.5 hr. walk
Comments:  0.1KG drop from yesterday. Yah!

Day 44
Weight(kg): 79.2
Breakfast:   Skipped
Lunch:         Salad - 2 cups lettuce, 2 fried eggs, 3 strips of bacon, dressing of dijon mustard, 3 Tbs olive oil, salt and chilli
Supper:        Oxtail Pepper Soup 
Exercise:      30 minutes dance on Youtube - Befit
                      2 hrs walk
Comments:  Down another 0.2KG. Great!!

Day 45
Weight(kg): 79.3
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Keto Lasagna 
Supper:        Keto Naan Bread + Cheese Burger 
Exercise:      50 minutes jog on the treadmill using the free C25K app
                      1.5 hr. walk
Comments:  I have completed the 5K training, so, I started on the 10K training today using the C210K app made by the C25K folks. I'm up by 0.1KG but I feel fine


Day 46
Weight(kg): 79
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Cheeseburger Casserole 
Supper:        Cauliflower Casserole
Exercise:      37 minutes of of exercise using the Lift Session App
                      1.5 hrs. walk
Comments:  0.3KG weight drop.. Awesome!


Day 47

Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Keto Lasagna
Supper:        Shirataki Noodle Soup
Exercise:      2 hrs Walk
Comments:  Another 0.3KG drop


Day 48

Breakfast:    Skipped

Day 49

Lunch:         Cauliflower Fufu + Efo Riro
Supper:        4 chicken drumsticks fried in bacon oil. 
Exercise:      2 hrs Walk
Comments:  Things were going too good to be true 🤣🤣, I guess the scale had to shoot up at some point and today was the day. Went up by 0.3KG. All in all, this was a good weight loss week.
