Week 11 on Keto

This was a very flat week. Characterized by what I call "Nothing to see here.... move along...". For the first time on this keto challenge, my weight at the end of the week was the same as what I started with at the beginning of the week. So, net loss of 0KG for a total  10.9KGs  lost. Still pretty excited though. 👏👏👏👏 I will be heading to my sister's next week for a break, so, I am not sure my weight will fair any better than it did this week. I am still excited though.
