Week 6 on Keto

The scale saw south of 80KG this week.. YAHHHHHH!!!!!!!! I am super excited. I dropped by a net 0.7KG this week for a total of 7.7KG lost. Even though I stayed at the same weight for a few days, the scale still deep overall. Below is another overview of what I did and ate this week. I will update the recipes that I don't have up yet.
