Week 11 on Keto

This was a very flat week. Characterized by what I call "Nothing to see here.... move along...". For the first time on this keto challenge, my weight at the end of the week was the same as what I started with at the beginning of the week. So, net loss of 0KG for a total  10.9KGs  lost. Still pretty excited though. 👏👏👏👏 I will be heading to my sister's next week for a break, so, I am not sure my weight will fair any better than it did this week. I am still excited though. Below is what I ate and did this week Day 71 Weight(kg):  76.3 Breakfast:    Skipped  Lunch:           Bacon and egg Quesadilla Supper:        Nigerian Asun       Exercise:       37 minutes of exercise using the  Lift Session App                       40 minutes practicing my newly acquired bicycling skills Comments:   Weight stayed the same. Move along, nothing to see here.... Day 72 Weight (kg) :   76.4 Breakfast:    Skipped Lunch:           Salad Supper:        2 grille

Week 10 on Keto

This week had more ups than downs. The weight eventually did come crashing down at the end of the week though. So, yeh!!! I had a net weight loss of  0.9KG  this week. Bringing me to a total of  10.9KGs  lost. Still pretty excited. 👏👏👏👏 Below is another overview of what I did and ate this week. I will update the recipes that I don't have up yet. So, stay tuned Day 64 Weight(kg):  77.2 Breakfast:    Skipped  Lunch:           Salad Supper:         Keto Lasagna        Exercise:       40   minutes of jog on the treadmill. It has been rainy the last couple of days, so, no walking for exercise for me. Comments:   0.4KG gain, that is a lot of gain for 1 day but I will keep keeping on.  Day 65 Weight (kg) :   77.4 Breakfast:    Skipped Lunch:           Diet Dr Quesadilla  * Supper:          Keto Naan Bread  +  Cheese Burger   Exercise:        37 minutes of exercise using the  Lift Session App                      1 hr. walk Comments:   Up another 0.2KG. Week 9 on Keto

This week was another really good week. It was a week of a net loss of 0.6KG. Bringing me to a total of 10.4KGs lost. I am now into the double digits loss. I should get a picture out next week. Pretty exciting stuff!!! 👏👏👏👏 Below is another overview of what I did and ate this week. I will update the recipes that I don't have up yet. Takes me back to the weight I was a couple of days ago. Week 8 on Keto

This week was another really good week. The scale dipped for most of the week just like last week and then went up slightly at the end of the week. I still had a 0.6KG net loss though bringing my total weight loss to 9.3KG, which is awesome 👏👏👏👏 Below is another overview of what I did and ate this week. Yah. I think I probably had some water retention yesterday.
