Week 8 on Keto

This week was another really good week. The scale dipped for most of the week just like last week and then went up slightly at the end of the week. I still had a 0.6KG net loss though bringing my total weight loss to 9.3KG, which is awesome 👏👏👏👏

Below is another overview of what I did and ate this week. I will update the recipes that I don't have up yet. So, stay tuned

Day 50
Weight(kg): 78.5
Breakfast:   Skipped 
Lunch:         Cheese Omelet
Supper:        Keto Naan Bread + Cheese Burger 
Exercise:      37 minutes of exercise using the Lift Session App
                      1.5 hr. walk
Comments:  0.4KG drop from yesterday. Yah. I think I probably had some water retention yesterday. A sudden drop of 0.4KG is suspect but I will take it anyway 😆😆

Day 51
Weight(kg): 78.4
Breakfast:   Skipped
Lunch:         Cauliflower Casserole
Supper:        Oxtail Pepper Soup
Exercise:      30 minutes dance on Youtube - Befit
                      2 hrs walk
Comments:  Down 0.1KG. Yah!!!

Day 52
Weight(kg): 78.2
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Salad - 2 cups lettuce, 2 fried eggs, 3 strips of bacon, dressing of dijon mustard, 3 Tbs olive oil, salt and chilli
Supper:        10 Oz Steak 
Exercise:      37 minutes of exercise using the Lift Session App
                      1.5 hr. walk
Comments:  0.2KG drop. Score!!!!! I am celebrating 0.1KG remember? Which means 0.2KG drop is a score!!! 🤣🤣🤣


Day 53
Weight(kg): 78.3
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Efo Riro + Beef 
Supper:        Keto Naan Bread + Cheese Burger 
Exercise:      1.5 hrs. walk
Comments:  I'm up by 0.1KG but I feel fine. It's not the end of the world as we know it 😅


Day 54

Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Cauliflower Casserole
Supper:        10 Oz steak
Exercise:      2 hrs Walk
Comments:  Down 0.3KG. Yah!!


Day 55

Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Salad - 2 cups lettuce, 2 fried eggs, 3 strips of bacon, dressing of dijon mustard, 3 Tbs olive oil, salt and chilli
Supper:        10 Oz steak + 1 strip of roasted cottage cheese
Exercise:      1.5hr Walking & House leaning
Comments:  A whole 0.4KG down. Woot! woot!!


Day 56

Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Cauliflower Fufu + Efo Riro
Supper:        Keto Naan Bread + Cheese Burger 
Exercise:      2 hrs Walk
Comments:  And 0.3KG up!!! 🤣🤣 Sigh. It followed the same pattern as last week. Things were going too good to be true 🤣🤣 All in all, this was a good weight loss week.
