Week 8 on Keto

This week was another really good week. The scale dipped for most of the week just like last week and then went up slightly at the end of the week. I still had a 0.6KG net loss though bringing my total weight loss to 9.3KG, which is awesome 👏👏👏👏 Below is another overview of what I did and ate this week. I will update the recipes that I don't have up yet. So, stay tuned Day 50 Weight(kg):  78.5 Breakfast:    Skipped  Lunch:           Cheese Omelet Supper:         Keto Naan Bread  +  Cheese Burger   Exercise:       37 minutes of exercise using the  Lift Session App                       1.5 hr. walk Comments:   0.4KG drop from yesterday. Yah. I think I probably had some water retention yesterday. A sudden drop of 0.4KG is suspect but I will take it anyway 😆😆 Day 51 Weight (kg) :   78.4 Br...
