Week 13 on Keto

I got back from my trip yesterday and I was tempted to extend my none-Keto diet. I however decided against it mainly because I looked in my fridge and pantry and didn't have a lot of none-keto stuff available, so, I decided to hit the ground running. Morale of that is - don't keep junk around and you won't even be tempted to eat it except of course if you then go out to buy some and defeat the purpose. I weighed myself bright and early and I was at 78.5KG which meant I had gained 2.4KG over the course of 2 weeks. I had expected this, so, I was not phased. I just picked up and continued on with the journey. I lost a total of 1.5KG this week, which means I have to drop about 1KG to go to get to where I was before the vacation. My total weight loss at this point is 10.2KG.  Below is what I ate and did this week Day 85 Weight(kg):  78.5 Breakfast:    Skipped  Lunch:           Diet Dr Quesadilla Supper:        Goat Suya      Exercise:      45 minutes in the garden Comments:   F

Week 12 on Keto

I traveled mid-week. So, my ketosis went out the window. I didn't weigh myself on my trip. So, I will take a break and will resume when I get back in a couple of weeks. Below is what I ate and did this week Day 78 Weight(kg):  76.4 Breakfast:    Skipped  Lunch:           Salad - Spinach Shrimp Bacon Yumminess   Supper:         10 Oz Lamb Steak      Exercise:       37 minutes of exercise using the  Lift Session App                       50 minutes walk Comments:   Another 0.1KG bump up... Hmm.... Day 79 Weight (kg) :   76.6 Breakfast:    Skipped Lunch:           Diet Dr Quesadilla Supper:         Cheese Burger   Exercise:        50   minutes walk outside Comments:   Up 0.2KG... Hmm.... Why the jump? Day 80 Weight (kg) :   76.1 Breakfast:     Skipped Lunch:            Salad - Spinach Shrimp Bacon Yumminess   Supper:          10 Oz Steak Exercise:        1.5 hr. walk Comments:  0.5KG drop Woot! Woot!!!! Day 81 Weight (kg) :   77.1 Breakf
