Week 12 on Keto

I traveled mid-week. So, my ketosis went out the window. I didn't weigh myself on my trip. So, I will take a break and will resume when I get back in a couple of weeks.

Below is what I ate and did this week

Day 78

Breakfast:   Skipped 
Supper:        10 Oz Lamb Steak     
Exercise:      37 minutes of exercise using the Lift Session App
                      50 minutes walk
Comments:  Another 0.1KG bump up... Hmm....

Day 79
Weight(kg): 76.6
Breakfast:   Skipped
Lunch:         Diet Dr Quesadilla
Supper:        Cheese Burger 
Exercise:      50 minutes walk outside
Comments:  Up 0.2KG... Hmm.... Why the jump?

Day 80
Weight(kg): 76.1
Breakfast:    Skipped
Supper:        10 Oz Steak
Exercise:      1.5 hr. walk
Comments:  0.5KG drop Woot! Woot!!!!

Day 81
Weight(kg): 77.1
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Diet Dr Quesadilla    
Supper:        Keto Lasagna
Exercise:      40 minutes of YouTube dance video - Be fit
Comments:  A whole 1KG gain. This is craziness, it is that time of the month though, so, I guess it is a lot of water weight

Day 82

Supper:        Rice & butter chicken
Exercise:      None
Comments:  I was on the road today, a 10 hour trip. So, I didn't exercise and I am going to be off Keto for the next little while cos I am not in my home.
