Week 13 on Keto

I got back from my trip yesterday and I was tempted to extend my none-Keto diet. I however decided against it mainly because I looked in my fridge and pantry and didn't have a lot of none-keto stuff available, so, I decided to hit the ground running. Morale of that is - don't keep junk around and you won't even be tempted to eat it except of course if you then go out to buy some and defeat the purpose.

I weighed myself bright and early and I was at 78.5KG which meant I had gained 2.4KG over the course of 2 weeks. I had expected this, so, I was not phased. I just picked up and continued on with the journey. I lost a total of 1.5KG this week, which means I have to drop about 1KG to go to get to where I was before the vacation. My total weight loss at this point is 10.2KG. 

Below is what I ate and did this week

Day 85
Weight(kg): 78.5
Breakfast:   Skipped 
Lunch:         Diet Dr Quesadilla
Supper:        Goat Suya     
Exercise:      45 minutes in the garden
Comments:  First day back on the Keto diet. It will take me a few days to be in ketosis. Time to bring out my Urine Test Strips to see how long it takes

Day 86
Weight(kg): 78.9
Breakfast:   Skipped
Lunch:         4 strips of Bacon & 3 eggs fried in butter
Supper:        Cheese Burger & BBQed cottage cheese
Exercise:      30 minutes in the garden
Comments:  Up 0.4KG.... What a great start NOT!!!!!

Day 87
Weight(kg): 78.3
Breakfast:    Skipped
Supper:        Ox Tail pepper soup
Exercise:      1 hr practicing bicycling. 30 minutes gardening
Comments:  Down 0.6KG & I am in Ketosis. I am super excited!!! Woot! Woot!!!!

Day 88
Weight(kg): 77.6
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Diet Dr Quesadilla    
Supper:       10 Oz Steak
Exercise:      1 hr walking on trails. 
Comments:  A whole 0.7KG drop. Woot woot

Day 89
Weight(kg): 77.8
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Cauliflower Fufu + Edikaikong
Supper:        Keto Lasagna 
Exercise:      1 hour practicing biking and 30 minutes in the garden 
Comments:  0.2KG gained 

Day 90

Breakfast:    Skipped
Supper:        Cheese Burger & BBQed cottage cheese
Exercise:      None
Comments:  0.6KG drop

Day 91
Weight(kg)77
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Cauliflower Fufu + Edikaikong
Supper:        Pizza
Exercise:      1.5 hrs walk on the trails
Comments:  Another 0.2KG drop. And that is a wrap
