Week 16 on Keto

As a result of my weight being stagnant for a couple of weeks, I decided to come out of Ketosis and then go through 5 days of no carbs (as much as possible) this week. Coming out of Ketosis at the end of last week shot my weight up and then it crashed down with the 5 days no carbs. 

I lost 2.4KG this week with a total net weight loss of 10.8KG. This is not the lowest I have been on the Keto challenge, I am however feeling happy with the results of the no carbs and plan to do it again in about a month or so.

Below is what I ate and did this week


Day 106
Weight(kg): 78.2
Breakfast:   Skipped 
Lunch:         1 cup of cooked spicy ground beef + 3 Tbs of butter 
Supper:        1 cup of cooked spicy ground beef + 3 Tbs of butter
Exercise:      30 minutes exercise on Lift App
                     1 hour walk on the trails 
Comments:  0.6KG drop. GREAT start to the week!!!!!!!!!! 

Day 107
Weight(kg): 77.7
Breakfast:   Skipped
Lunch:         1 cup of cooked spicy ground beef + 3 Tbs of butter 
Supper:        5 pieces of spicy grilled beef
Exercise:      30 minutes exercise on Lift App
                     1 hour walk on the trails 
Comments:  Another 0.5KG drop. We are off to a good start!!!!! Woot! Woot!!  

Day 108
Weight(kg): 76.9
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:          5 pieces of spicy grilled beef
Supper:         5 pieces spicy barbequed drumsticks 
Exercise:     30 minutes exercise on Lift App
                     40 minutes biking around the neighborhood                    
Comments:  0.4KG down!!!! Another awesome day. The scale is finally going in the right direction. Looking forward to more of this.

Day 109
Weight(kg): 76.3
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         5 pieces spicy barbequed drumsticks
Supper:        5 pieces of spicy grilled beef
Exercise:      30 minutes exercise on Lift App
                      1 hr walking on trails. 
Comments:  Another 0.6KG drop. Waoh. Girl..... you are on a roll. Maybe I will see 75.xx on the scale at some point in this journey

Day 110
Weight(kg): 76.4
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         5 pieces of spicy grilled beef
Supper:        5 pieces spicy barbequed drumsticks 
Exercise:     30 minutes exercise on Lift App
                     40 minutes biking around the neighborhood     
Comments:  Up 0.1KG 🤣🤣🤣 . I guess it was getting too good to be true. Its all good though. Still happy with the progress.  

Day 111

Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Keto Lasagna 
Supper:       2 burger patties 
Exercise:     30 minutes exercise on Lift App
                     2 hours walk on the trails 
Comments:  Up 0.2KG. Well... What can I say but are we back to this up and up? Still like the general progress though  

Day 112
Weight(kg)76.4
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Cauliflower Fufu + Edikaikong
Supper:        1 cup of cooked spicy ground beef + 3 Tbs of butter
Exercise:      40 minutes biking around the hood. 
Comments:  Down 0.2KG. Oh well!!! All's well that ends well. That was a good week. On to the next week.
