Week 6 on Keto

The scale saw south of 80KG this week.. YAHHHHHH!!!!!!!! I am super excited. I dropped by a net 0.7KG this week for a total of 7.7KG lost. Even though I stayed at the same weight for a few days, the scale still deep overall.

Below is another overview of what I did and ate this week. I will update the recipes that I don't have up yet. So, stay tuned

Day 36
Weight(kg): 80.2
Breakfast:   Skipped 
Lunch:         Quesadilla
Supper:        Mixed Veggie Cauliflower Rice
Exercise:      37 minutes of exercise using the Lift Session App
                      1 hr. walk
Comments:  Weight stayed the same as yesterday.

Day 37
Weight(kg): 80.1
Breakfast:   Skipped
Lunch:         Salad - 2 cups lettuce, 2 fried eggs, 3 strips of bacon, dressing of dijon mustard, 3 Tbs olive oil, salt and chilli
Supper:        Keto Naan Bread + Cheese Burger 
Exercise:      30 minutes dance on Youtube - Befit
                      1 hr walk
Comments:  Down 0.1KG. Great!!


Day 38
Weight(kg): 80.1
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Mixed Veggie Cauliflower Rice  
Supper:        10 Oz Steak
Exercise:      35 minutes jog on the treadmill using the free C25K app
                      1.5 hr. walk
Comments:  Hey!!, Weight stayed the same in spite of all that exercise??? Phew!


Day 39
Weight(kg): 80.1
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Salad - 2 cups lettuce, 2 fried eggs, 3 strips of bacon, dressing of dijon mustard, 3 Tbs olive oil, salt and chilli
Supper:        Spicy Lemon Chicken
Exercise:      37 minutes of of exercise using the Lift Session App
                      1.5 hrs. walk
Comments:  Weight still stayed the same 😭😭😭😭


Day 40
Weight(kg): 79.7
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         3 strips of Bacon and 3 eggs fried in butter
Supper:        Pizza
Exercise:      30 minutes walk. It was soooooooo hot, I ran back very quickly.
Comments:  Weight finally came down by 0.4KG. Phew!!!


Day 41
Weight(kg): 79.8
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Cheeseburger Casserole
Supper:        Mixed Veggie Cauliflower Rice
Exercise:      2 hrs Walk. 1.5hr in the morning and 0.5hr in the evening
Comments:  Up by 0.1KG... Ish!!!


Day 42
Weight(kg): 79.5
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Cauliflower Fufu + Efo Riro
Supper:        Keto Lasagna
Exercise:      1.5 hrs Walk
Comments:  0.3KG drop. Nice way to end the week
