Week 4 on Keto
This week was really up and down. Sigh ππ. It was quite exasperating. While last week was up, up and eventually down, this week was up, down, up, down etc. I put a graph of last week and this week below. The graph showing the ups and downs made me a laugh a bit.
I had a net loss of 0.2 KG at the end of the week though for a total loss of 5.1 KG. So, all in all I am progressing / regressing in the right directionππ.
