Week 4 on Keto

This week was really up and down. Sigh πŸ˜„πŸ˜„. It was quite exasperating. While last week was up, up and eventually down, this week was up, down, up, down etc. I put a graph of last week and this week below. The graph showing the ups and downs made me a laugh a bit.



I had a net loss of 0.2 KG at the end of the week though for a total loss of 5.1 KG. So, all in all I am progressing / regressing in the right directionπŸ‘πŸ‘.
Here is another overview of what I did and ate this week. I will update the recipes that I don't have up yet. So, stay tuned

Day 22
Weight(kg): 81.8
Breakfast:   Skipped 
Lunch:         Cheesy Cauliflower, Bacon Dish
Supper:        Mixed Veggie Cauliflower Rice 
Exercise:      37 minutes of exercise using the Lift Session App
                      30 minutes in the garden
Comments:  Yah!!! another step in the right direction. Super pumped today

Day 23
Weight(kg): 82.2
Breakfast:   Skipped
Lunch:         3 strips of bacon, eggs, almond bread
Supper:        Keto Lasagna
Exercise:      30 minutes dance on Youtube - Befit
                      20 minutes in the garden
Comments:  Morning weigh in showed a little spike. I will just keep pushing on.. sigh :-)


Day 24
Weight(kg): 82.1
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Spinach, Egg and Bacon Salad
Supper:        Nigerian Ox-tail Pepper Soup
Exercise:      35 minutes jog on the treadmill
Comments:  Down 0.1KG. I will take it


Day 25
Weight(kg): 82.2
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         0.5 cups of Chilli + Almond Bread
Supper:        Keto Lasagna
Exercise:      37 minutes of of exercise using the Lift Session App
                      30 minutes gardening
Comments:  Up 0.1KG haha. Lots of up and down


Day 26
Weight(kg): 81.6
Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         Spinach, Egg and Bacon Salad
Supper:        Cauliflower Fufu + Efo Riro
Exercise:      Meal Prep
Comments:  Down 0.6KG... Sigh


Day 27

Breakfast:    Skipped
Lunch:         3 eggs fried in butter
Supper:        Keto Lasagna
Exercise:      Nothing
Comments:  Up 0.2KG. Looks like another up and down week. I mean, what can I say?


Day 28

Lunch:         Fried 3 eggs  + 4 strips of bacon

Comments:  Down 0.2KG, definitely up and down πŸ˜„
