Low Carb Chilli

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 Lbs Ground beef
  2. 1 chopped Bell pepper
  3. 1 medium sized onion, chopped
  4. 1 habanero pepper / chilli (as much or as little as you can tolerate
  5. 2 minced cloves of garlic
  6. 1 Tomato chopped
  7. 0.25 cup tomato paste
  8. 2 cups beef broth
  9. 1 Tbs cumin 
  10. Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Cook the ground beef, onion and bell pepper in a pot until meat is cooked
  2. Add in habanero, garlic, tomato, tomato paste, beef broth, cumin and salt.
  3. Simmer for at least 1 hour
  4. Top with cheese or sour cream to eat
This made 6 servings for me.
