Low Carb Chilli
Ingredients
- 1.5 Lbs Ground beef
- 1 chopped Bell pepper
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- 1 habanero pepper / chilli (as much or as little as you can tolerate
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 0.25 cup tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 Tbs cumin
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Cook the ground beef, onion and bell pepper in a pot until meat is cooked
- Add in habanero, garlic, tomato, tomato paste, beef broth, cumin and salt.
- Simmer for at least 1 hour
- Top with cheese or sour cream to eat
This made 6 servings for me.
