Ingredients

Lamb / Goat meat

  1. 1 KG lamb / goat meat
  2. ¼ onion
  3. Bouillon Cubes
  4. 1 habanero pepper
  5. salt to taste

Sauce

  1. 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  2. 1 green bell pepper chopped
  3. 1 red bell pepper chopped
  4. 1 habanero pepper chopped
  5. Bouillon Cubes
  6. ¼ onion
  7. 1 garlic clove
  8. salt to taste

Directions

Lamb / Goat
  1. Preheat oven on broil setting to 375F
  2. Blend onion and pepper for the meat together
  3. Wash the meat and place meat and all meat ingredients in a pot, boil over medium heat until tender, approximately 40 minutes. Stir intermittently
  4. Place boiled meat in one layer in an aluminum foil 
  5. Broil / Grill for 30 minutes, stirring mid-way
Sauce
  1. Chop onion, the green and red bell pepper, and habanero pepper.
  2. Preheat oil in a skillet and add the garlic and onion and stir for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add all other ingredients and fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add in the grilled lamb / goat meat and stir. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
This made 3 serving for me.
