Ingredients
Lamb / Goat meat
- 1 KG lamb / goat meat
- ¼ onion
- 2 Bouillon Cubes
- 1 habanero pepper
- salt to taste
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 habanero pepper chopped
- 1 Bouillon Cubes
- ¼ onion
- 1 garlic clove
- salt to taste
Directions
Lamb / Goat
- Preheat oven on broil setting to 375F
- Blend onion and pepper for the meat together
- Wash the meat and place meat and all meat ingredients in a pot, boil over medium heat until tender, approximately 40 minutes. Stir intermittently
- Place boiled meat in one layer in an aluminum foil
- Broil / Grill for 30 minutes, stirring mid-way
Sauce
- Chop onion, the green and red bell pepper, and habanero pepper.
- Preheat oil in a skillet and add the garlic and onion and stir for a couple of minutes.
- Add all other ingredients and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Add in the grilled lamb / goat meat and stir. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
