Week 16 on Keto
As a result of my weight being stagnant for a couple of weeks, I decided to come out of Ketosis and then go through 5 days of no carbs (as much as possible) this week. Coming out of Ketosis at the end of last week shot my weight up and then it crashed down with the 5 days no carbs. I lost 2.4KG this week with a total net weight loss of 10.8KG. This is not the lowest I have been on the Keto challenge, I am however feeling happy with the results of the no carbs and plan to do it again in about a month or so.
