Week 13 on Keto
I got back from my trip yesterday and I was tempted to extend my none-Keto diet. I however decided against it mainly because I looked in my fridge and pantry and didn't have a lot of none-keto stuff available, so, I decided to hit the ground running. Morale of that is - don't keep junk around and you won't even be tempted to eat it except of course if you then go out to buy some and defeat the purpose. I weighed myself bright and early and I was at 78.5KG which meant I had gained 2.4KG over the course of 2 weeks. I had expected this, so, I was not phased. I just picked up and continued on with the journey. I lost a total of 1.5KG this week, which means I have to drop about 1KG to go to get to where I was before the vacation.
